Sinopsis

Tres estudiantes universitarios alquilan una vieja casa fuera del campus para vivir juntos y ahorrar gastos. La casa tiene un siniestro sótano. Allí, sin quererlo, desatan una entidad sobrenatural conocida como Bye Bye Man, que es invocada con sólo pronunciar o pensar su nombre. Los tres jóvenes intentarán mantener en secreto la identidad de este peligroso ser, para alejar al resto de una muerte segura.

Stacy Title (Hood of Horror, El diablo viste de negro) dirige este thriller de terror escrito por Jonathan Penner (El llanero solitario) y basado en una historia corta de Robert Damon Schneck. Protagonizan la película Douglas Smith (El caso Sloane, Vinyl), Lucien Laviscount (Between Two Worlds, Scream Queens), Doug Jones (Ouija: El origen del mal, La cumbre escarlata), Michael Trucco (Hush, Cómo conocí a vuestra madre) y Carrie-Anne Moss (Iron Fist, Jessica Jones).
